It depends on the size and complexity of the sample. We will confirm the size and any fee before starting, so there are no surprises.
How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to reply promptly during business days. Complex briefs may need a short call or a few questions before we can propose an approach.
Do I need a detailed ICP before contacting you?
No. If your criteria are still taking shape, we can help you define them as part of the first conversation.
What should I avoid sending?
Please do not include confidential personal data or customer files in your first message. If we need existing data for deduplication, we will agree how to share it securely.
