PROJECT EXAMPLES

Briefs that needed more than a database export.

Each project required specific targeting rules, manual checks and a clean handoff.

HEALTHCARE · MEDICAL DEVICES

Medical device and healthcare decision-maker research

The brief
Build contact data across several healthcare and medical-device audiences for a client working in that sector.

Scope
Medical-device company contacts, specialist clinicians, healthcare incubators and accelerators, and contacts linked to industry events. Targeting was adjusted during the project as the client’s priorities changed.

What we delivered
Structured contact batches for each audience, with role matching against the client’s target titles.

Healthcare · role matching · event-audience research

SPECIALIST PROFESSIONALS · USA & CANADA

Accident reconstruction and forensic expert research

The brief
Find crash investigation and accident reconstruction professionals across the US and Canada.

Scope
A narrow, technical audience that is hard to isolate in standard databases. Law firms were explicitly excluded, so each record needed a judgment on whether it was a true reconstruction or investigation provider.

What we delivered
Validated contacts organized into separate tabs by segment, for easier review and use.

Niche expert research · exclusion rules · manual qualification

REAL ESTATE · CALIFORNIA

Property management company research

The brief
Identify property management companies and apartment complexes in California.

Scope
We combined an existing database export with research from industry association and property listing sources. HOAs, government bodies and non-property-management businesses were excluded.

What we delivered
A cleaned target list and a separate exclusion list, so the client could see what was removed and why. Current-role checks on LinkedIn were part of the agreed process.

Account qualification · source merging · exclusion lists

E-COMMERCE · GERMANY, AUSTRIA, SWITZERLAND

DACH e-commerce contact enrichment

The brief
Enrich a large list of online shops in the DACH region with a named owner contact for each domain.

Scope
The source list covered tens of thousands of shops. Each batch required one new owner email per domain, with salutation (Herr/Frau), first and last name, and city. Emails already present in the client’s data could not be counted as new deliveries.

What we delivered
Fixed-size batches of new contacts, deduplicated against existing records and earlier deliveries before handoff.

Enrichment · duplicate controls · localized fields
